Shared in the middle of the table

A selection of premium cured meats (mortadella, prosciutto, bresaola and salami), grapes and skordalia served with olive bread, lavosh and grisin

Chicken wings basted in our famous MDC basting sauce

Fresh tomatoes, garlic, basil, oregano and onion finished with balsamic

One of the tastiest and genuine cuts of Cape Grim Sirloin beef. Served with your choice of chips or side salad

Chargrilled served rare with truffle mash potato with Jack Daniels sauce

Lamb Hook

Rosemary and garlic marinated lamb rump skewer with capsicum, onion and corn. Served with a creamy garlic sauce

Chargrilled half rack of pork ribs basted with our MDC basting sauce served with chips

Old Faithful Burger

MDC grass-fed beef patty with iceberg lettuce, tomato, caramelised onions, pickles and house sauce

Portuguese Chicken Burger

Marinated Chicken served with sliced tomato, iceberg lettuce, sliced cheese, caramelised onion and sweet chilli mayo
